Over 300 candidates get shortlisted by 72 companies in the 31st Aryans Job Fest


31st Aryans Job Fest brought a bouquet of jobs as over 300 candidates were got selected by 72 companies at the job fest held today at Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh. The fest witnessed over 3200 walk-ins from different parts of the country. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges inaugurated the job fest. Congratulating and thanking all the candidates and participating companies, Dr. Anshu Kataria said that Punjab has become the hub of education and now is emerging as the hottest job markets in India. With huge hiring requirements, the job fest would facilitate recruitment and enable jobseekers to fulfill their aspirations and meet the need of today’s Industry. The fest witnessed job seekers from the twin cities as well as other parts of the Country. Of the total number of participants, 60% of the jobseekers were at the fresher level, 25% at mid management and 10% at senior level. It was a multi-industry job fest, with participating companies from IT, ITES, Education, Medical and Manufacturing among others. Prof. B.S Sidhu, Registrar, Aryans Group commenting on the occasion said that Corporate Stalwarts was the prominent company offering highest salary package upto 10 Lacs per annum. Heavy rush was also witnessed in the companies like Afterdoor solutions, Allumez Infotech Pvt. Ltd., Beon Systems, Beta Soft Systems Inc, Bright Institute, Career Craft Consultants, Career Kraft, Harksh Technologies Pvt Ltd, M/S Diya Gas Bottling Pvt Ltd, Winapps Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Xirgosoft Technologies, SEO Raisers etc. These companies have offered good packages starting from 2.5 lacs up to 5 lacs. Recruiters and participants were enthusiastic about the response to the fest. Talking to team Aryans, Mr. Amit Sidana, Director, Corporate Stalwarts said, “the fest provided a good platform to shortlist candidates for different disciplines whereas participants got the chance to get interviewed by companies of various sectors”.


ADC Patiala Inaugurates 30th Aryans Job Fest

“District Administration, Patiala is going to organize a Mega Job Fest in the month of October for ITI, Diploma, Engineering and other degree holders in the region” This was announced by Sh. Rajesh Tripathi, Additional Deputy Commissioner(D), Patiala while inaugurating 30th Aryans Job Fest at Aryans Campus today. Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Dr. Anshu Kataria presided over the event. On the occasion, Principal, Er Ravinder Singh, Principal, Govt. Polytechnic College for Women, Patiala was also present as the special Guest. Tripathi while congratulating the placement cell of the Aryans Group said that Aryans has achieved this milestone in the field of Placement in a very short span of time. He further motivated the participants and urged the candidates to compete and make proper use of their skills to grab these opportunities.
Around 60 companies from various sectors visited Aryans campus for the recruitment drive in which more than 700 students from tricity, Punjab and other parts of North India participated and around 115 candidates got shortlisted in the Fest.
Heavy rush was witnessed in the companies like Agrestis Technologies Pvt. Ltd., AI Smart Systems, Allsoft Solutions & Services pvt. Ltd, Corporate stalwarts, EME Technologies, Enjoin Technology Pvt Ltd, JMD Hospitality, Live Satyam Tech Pvt Ltd, Money ambit, Webarox, 2 Xirgosoft Technologies etc. These companies have offered good packages starting from 1.5 lacs up to 5 lacs.
Register, Aryans Group, Prof B.S Sidhu said that India has the largest population of youth in the world with about 66% of the population under the age of 35. This year the numbers of vacancies and packages have improved from previous years. He further urged the candidates to compete and make proper use of their skills to grab these opportunities.

29th JOB FEST CONCLUDES AT ARYANS CAMPUS

Around 45 candidates from various parts of North India got shortlisted by 15 companies in 29th Aryans Job Fest held today at Aryans Campus. More than 700 students from tricity, Punjab and other parts of North India participated in this Job fest. Over 15 big and small companies from various sectors participated in this one day long event. Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Dr. Anshu Kataria inaugurated the job fest. 28th Job Fest concludes at Aryans Campus

Aryans Group of Colleges held 28th Aryans Job Fest today at its own campus. More than 700 students from tricity and Punjab participated in this Job fest. Over 22 big and small companies from various sectors participated in this one day long event.

"INDIA NEEDS AT LEAST 55 MILLION ADDITIONAL JOBS BY 2015 TO MAINTAIN THE CURRENT RATIO OF EMPLOYED PEOPLE" – ARYANSAROUND 110 CANDIDATES WERE SHORTLISTED BY 35 COMPANIES FROM TOTAL OF 1800 JOB SEEKERS IN 27TH ARYANS JOB FEST

"India needs at least 55 million additional jobs by 2015 to maintain the current ratio of employed people" this was stated by Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Dr. Anshu Kataria while inaugurating 27th Aryans Job Fest. He further said that as per the CRISIL report this high number is required to maintain the current ratio of employed people to total population at 39 percent. The Job Fest was held today at Aryans Campus.
Over 35 companies like Arn infotel, Axtria infotech, Eva solutions Pvt ltd, Genpact, ICICI Bank, Global Chemicals, Logic ERP, Frisklancer services, Live Satyam Tech etc participated in this job fest. Around 1800 candidates from over from all over the North India came to participate out of which around 110 candidates were shortlisted in this one day fest. Depending upon their skills and talents companies have offered good packages starting from 1.5 lacs up to 3.5 lacs.

7 STUDENTS GOT SELECTED IN A POOL CAMPUS PLACEMENT DRIVE HELD AT ARYANS CAMPUS

UNDER NSDC'S "UDAAN" PROJECT, SHAHI EXPORTS RECRUITS ARYANS STUDENTS

Under National Skill Development Corporation (NSDCs) project "Udaan", Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd recruited 7 students of Aryans College of Engineering. The students were selected in a pool campus placement drive held at Aryans campus. Mr. Deepak Rautela, Director, Shahi Exports while showing excitement said, "It was a good experience to conduct this drive in the campus where majority of the students hails from JK. The college is providing good exposure and opportunities to its students through skill based education"
Chairman, Aryans Group, Dr. Anshu Kataria while speaking on the occasion said that its an honour to be the part of one of the project of "Udaan" under NSDC. He further added that the group is leaving no stone unturned in racing for the best jobs for its students exploring wide areas for the students of other states also. Dr. Kataria congratulated the selected students and wished them the best for their near future. He further said that the reason behind this successful placement drive is a strong academic base & conduction of regular classes with interactive session.


CHAIRMAN, PSEB INAUGURATES 26TH ARYANS JOB FEST
OVER 4000 CANDIDATES PARTICIPATED, 332 SHORTLISTED BY 50 LEADING COMPANIES IN ARYANS JOB FEST

Mohali , 8 April "To increase the employability skills, Punjab State Education Board (PSEB) would conduct special career and placement orientation sessions in 2015-16 for the students of +1 and +2 in Punjab." This was stated by the Chairman, PSEB, Dr. Tejinder Kaur Dhaliwal while inaugurating 26th Aryans Job Fest held today at Aryans Campus. Chairman, Aryans College of Engineering (ACE), Dr. Anshu Kataria presided over the event.
Dhaliwal further added that under the leadership & guidance of Punjab Education Minister, Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema; Board would also start 12 new skill based vocational courses from 2015-16 session in Punjab. These courses would emphasize on integrating and improving the status of vocational and technical education thereby providing better placement opportunities to the students in Punjab.
Over 4000 candidates from all over the country participated in this job fest. The fest attracted almost 50 leading companies of corporate world including Axis Bank, Bebo Technologies, Caddesk Ltd, Impinge Solutions, Reliance, GS Alloys, Jasier Technologies, Satguru Technologies etc offering a variety of jobs for all the sections present. Around 332 candidates were shortlisted with packages starting from 1.5 lacs up to 3.5 lacs.
Dr. Dhaliwal mentioned that Board would also visualize towards the integration of general, technical, skill based, Industry oriented and vocational courses at school level to give industrial exposure to the students so they may get the help to adopt the curriculum of these courses later on. She urged students not to look for package but to go for good profiles which will take them quite far in their Career. She emphasized need for discipline, time management and above all agility & curiosity to succeed in life. Dr. Kataria said, "Established in 2007, the Aryans Group has completed 8 glorious years in the field of education.
