The season is on as the year 2010 has come up with high hopes for many who are aspiring to get jobs in corporate sector in India or abroad. Aryans group of colleges, where even due to recession the placement was around 90 % -95% (2008-09) and for this session till date 80 % placements have been done & rest 20 % will be over by next few days. There is also an increase in the number of students adopting entrepreneurship program from 5 to 10. One of the Aryans students got 4.5 lacks package per annum & the least was around 2.25 lacs per annum.

As economy is improving & all sectors are performing well, B-schools are getting the returns from the fact that one of the student in IIM-C has got the package of 1.62 crs .In the manpower survey 2009 it was found out that sectors like consumer durable goods, fmcg ,banking, information & government sectors will moderately increase their hiring in the first quarter of 2010 -11.

Aryans group of colleges has taken certain steps like Aryans Business School (ABS) has become the only prestigious CAT Allied Management Institute near Chandigarh & Aryans group has also received the prestigious membership of Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business’ (AACSB), USA. , which will help the college students to have international offers & target package of 8-9 lacs in 2010-2011.
